This is the video description: Felix Bach broke his erg at the start of his heat with the other top Junior Men. I did not capture that on video and am very, very sad about it. That incident may have kept Felix from setting a Junior Men's world record, but he ends up winning by over 25 seconds faster than the second place guy. After breaking his erg, Felix rowed in the next event, with the lightweight girls. Felix is a big guy, maybe 6'- 8" or so. Felix pulled 5:51.8, a personal best, which comes to a power rate of around 515 Watts. The audio from the announcers also gives you a ton of info. Also, notice his damper setting.
So his time in february of this year was 5:51, how ya break an erg is beyond me. Thought he would be more of a 3-man than a world champion sculler.
Job done today for hughes, well done man keep it up for the quarters tomorow!!

It is not a queens crew at EUSA there is two UCD lads in the crew. Are queens not kinda selling out their policy of an all student boat club if thats the case? Manning and Neale i would assume are the 2 UCD lads, who are the 2 Queens lads that arent in the 8?
