A brilliant set of results!
Well done the Quad - racing against the quad-sculling specialist nation - gave nothing away, and a clean pair of heels to the rest of the pack.
Also great results in the B finals - not found wanting in any respect!
And a complement to the coaching staff, Adrian and Rob, who must be well pleased with the fruit of their labours. - both here and in World Cups.

Great men altogether the quad, congrats to Lisa Dilleen getting 10th overall in her event, a very competitive Olympic event!

A huge victory today, shows the work that has been put in by those athletes. Congrats also to the LW2x, the W1x and the pair. Surely their performances are a testament to the hard work they've put in as well as the work put in by RI coaching. Congratulations.

Great result by everyone and a good improvement on the last few years. I believe that three of the crew are still under 23 next year and peter hanly from the pair is under 23 for three more years.
