actually billy, if that is your real name, tribes have the fastest junior eight ive seen in a few years and i'l have you know, ive been around the block. they scooped up a lot of the best underage lads in galway after the championships last july. ian connolly and ailbhe raftery are coaching them, two very experienced partners, anyone from galway will know what im talking about. my money's on tribes for eights

coupe and homes representitves the last few years and coupe pair this year...not the worst club now. last win was junior 2- in 05 i believe? last win in ireland probably something at portadown.
good few MCB lads making up them 2 queens 8s aswell!
There is less impressive clubs then them, leave em alone..

A good point. A good club will produce people who go on to do well in the sport in later life. MCB have produced a lot of guys who have gone on to do well both here and in the UK.

Yeah if they have a good crew im sure they will pull somethin out of the hat like in 87 when they won the inter 4s. magnificent victory for them both, magnificent

I'm surprised no ones backing the Neppers? Their inter 8 is lookin well. and four! I think their J18 quad has a good chance of finishing in the top 6 this year if not comin in a fast 2nd or 3rd? I saw them seat racing the other day, saw i new guy in the boat as well. don't know how he is but he's a big fu*ker. Anyone kno who was in the boat last year?? Would be interesting to compare them.
